Photography Fundraising Project: Capture Moments. Protect Oceans.

Recently, a young marine conservationist from Liechtenstein launched a fundraising campaign for us that raised a total of 1,000€! We’d like to thank her very much for her dedication. Below you’ll find a selection of her photos and a short description of her project:

My name is Seraina, and as part of my final project, I wanted to do something good. Since I love photography, the ocean, and the animals that live there—especially whales—more than anything, I decided to offer photo shoots and use the proceeds to support a great organization. I learned about the organization M.E.E.R. e.V. through a friend, and when I saw all the incredible work they do, I immediately decided to donate the money to them. It’s wonderful how they also share knowledge about the ocean and marine life with children through school projects in such a beautiful setting, thereby strengthening their love and appreciation for nature and animals. This helps raise their awareness of the importance of nature conservation. I myself had the opportunity to observe humpback whales in Iceland last summer, which inspired me to support this project. I’d like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported this project and is making such a valuable contribution to whale conservation.

Warm regards,

Seraina
